Well, Michelle, I have more bad news to pile onto your bad news. I have satellite radio, and it is just as bad. Don’t even think about their talk stations, they are 50-50 between content a commercials for eliminating foot odors. I also subscribe to Amazon music. Same problem, tiny play loops that enable one to memorize every song played by the end of the day. Spotify? Pandora? Same old shit..if you select a genre and let them pick the songs. I was hoping you had learned what their methods and reasons are for such small play lists. I can only guess they have to pay for each song and they are not going to spend any more than they think they have to. Just like most every other American business vertical, they are testing us to see how far they can lower the bar. To their surprise and shock, there seems to still be no downward limit! American Capitalism at its most efficient….deliver the lowest possible value for the highest possible price. Make yourself a personal CD with 30 of your favorite songs. I did that digitally on the Amazon platform.
