Tinnitus is far more common that most people realize. I have found this out by sharing with other that I have it and frequently they will reply, me too! There is no known cure or treatment from what i have been told. When I visit my ENT, I sometimes bring it up and they typically offer no comment because they do not know what to say. I have read it is neurologically based and not related to the ear itself.
