Paul, thank you for sharing this. It made me think! I do not regularly attend church, yet I would not want live in world that does not have any. What you made me think about is, do we go to church to serve, or to be served? I did not make that up. I stole it, from Mark 10:44-45. In America, we are at the pinnacle (I hope) of being more focused on getting than giving. It is not going well. I hope that becomes obvious before it is too late. We must become givers instead of getters....or else!
